...You know, the one who makes you a cuppa, then just stands there looking at you with no chat, no personality, no nothing.
It’s always really awkward, you have to make the conversation, keep asking questions, yet they don’t sense the awkwardness and walk back in doors.

I never accept cuppas, solves that problem. Well, i will if im doing a bigger job like a conny or FSG but never for a regular window clean.

I get lots of tea breaks on my round and always have a chat with the customer

Same, but I’m talking about that one odd customer, who is awkward and has no chat, no personality! Like getting blood out a stone!

I have no problem making conversation with these types of customers.....I like the challenge to get them to open up a bit instead of being uptight all the time..... :)
