Has anyone thought of setting up a blacklist register for down-right "stay away from customer addresses".....I have had a few unbelievable customers recently, that....well we,ve all had them....but gee....wouldnt recommend them to our worst enemies....ever had a 2 hour job turn into 4 hours?!
Im wondering if this type of register is in the pipeline....bit like credit scoring!!
Im in no way a racist, but find asian customers a problem...
The customers' 12 year old daughter told me that the previous carpet cleaners were kept there for 6 hours to clean the 2 average sized rooms, that I was asked to clean...and there was 2 of them!!....she said I was lucky to get away in 4 hours!!!!
What can I say :o

This sort of register would be near impossible to administer. People move houses like we change our underwear....!

YES GOOD IDEA ! BUT IMPOSSIBLE AT THE SAME TIME TO SET UP & RUN FAIRLY ! I HAVE FOUND INDIAN PEOPLE TO BE VERY HONOURABLE BUT PAKISTANI PEOPLE ARE FAR THE WORST COSTOMER'S !

Hi,
To do my bit for racial equality i thought i would say that some of our best clients are Muslims, but have found Hindus a bit more demanding.
I would love to start a blacklist site, but like chemoclean has said they would move too often. The data protection act would also get in the way and admin across the UK would be a nightmare.
