Hello Richard
As you answered my previous go cardless question

Thinking today, customer has back done only if there in.

So sometimes £10 other times £20

Is this possible to do in go cardless
Also I’m not gonna set people up monthly
Just invoice when ✅ done

Which I believe is the whole point of go cardless

I don't use Go Cardless so am not the right person to answer your Q specific to that

i use smartdebit.

if you just google your Qs you will usually get the answer immediately.  thats what i did to answer your first Q

with a customer like yours we would charge them a price for half the house each time. if they were in and wanted us to clean the back instead we'd do that in place of the front, so same price.

we would charge them 30% extra for this service every time though.

so for example a £20 whole house clean would be £12  front only or £15 to alternate.

we basically don't want any jobs on your regular rounds that are inconsistent as it reduces the amount you can clean regular. so we would force the consistency and avoid variable payments and variable work

Variable direct debit so no issue there, any amount you like up to £5k if I remember correctly  :o

Also I’m not gonna set people up monthly
Just invoice when ✅ done

Which I believe is the whole point of go cardless

If you use cleanerplanner or similar you just click to process once the windows are done, much easier.

I can’t justify cleaner planner it’s £20 + a month I think 🤔

I don’t think I earn enough for rolls Royce software

I used to use George, any software on the market is worth the money in my opinion.
