yobbo's youth to get the economy going again

Thats a bit racist ... 😳 🤣
You will start a,' Youth lives matter', movement if you are not careful 😁

If you’re not prepared for hassle, don’t consider it. As a sole trader you are only responsible for yourself and any mistakes are down to you. Plus how many young school leavers would want to be a window cleaner?

Exactly.
I’d run a mile from it.
Kids today haven’t got it for the most part. Yes some have, but most lads these days aren’t cut out for manual labour, they want screens and YouTube money.

We employ two guys in their early twenties now. No problem with them. You need to be more selective.
-
no probs with early to mid twenties - have great guys in this age range - im referring to under 21's - generally they are a waste of time - no life experience, no concept of a days work, can't drive/high insurance
when they grow up a bit they are fine

Yeh, I think it’s up to 24 yrs for this scheme.
Maybe kids have a different work ethic if they’ve grown up rurally too.

Just taken on a 19 year old. starts mon. He is so happy to get a job, is an ex chef/cook. I have taken nothing from government , see how he works out.
The last time I took on a kid was in 2007. He is still with us.

I’m considering bringing one on to work in the office and with social media etc.
I think if you work with their skill set, and are selective...
