sounds like an air lock, try disconnecting hose just after the pump and then turn on the pump untill water comes out, my pump wont push air out if the hose real is attached

Fair play to you boys. That's the sort of thing that worries me to death with getting a wfp system. A simple problem but unless you have the knowledge to fix it you start flapping like a nutter. I'd have been on the phone to the suppliers.  ::)

Phew,

Got it working! It was the pipe going from the outlet of the pump to the hose reel.

I just took it off and blew through it and all is ok.

Oh yes! We're not just mop and squeegee chappies anymore you know!
We deal with hydro-electrics now, on a daily basis.

Not very funny when you don't know what's going on.

But most of the time, when you find the solution.................you realise why you are still just a window cleaner!! ;D ;D ;D

Any way, next problem!

I just filled up the tank in the van straight from my di vessel and the tds is 001ppm  :'(

My resin must be running low. As a rule I never work with a tds of over 000ppm.

When I go out tomorrow can I take my di vessel with me and fit it somewhere along the line (before the pole) so it takes it down from 001 to 000?

Where do I fit it? After my outlet on the pump and before my hose reel?

Hope someone can shed some light on this.

Cheers

Matthew
