Where are you getting yours? Boxes of 100 in Xl Gardiner have sold out
-
I was having problems getting hold of any through my usual sources so got mine through a mate whos a mobile mechanic. I was a bit disappointed to start with as they come in boxes of 50 not 100 for about £7,50/£8. Soooo pleased i did, they're called "grippaz" and totally superior quality compared to latex, and nitrile. Ive managed to make 3 gloves (ie just replaced the one that rips rather than both) last me a 6 day week. Easier to get on and off without tearing, but still a nice snug fit and able to wear them under an outside pair of gloves. Id recommend you try the motor trade suppliers.

oh here we go, just found machine mart do them..

I bought 400 off Amazon at xmas time......black ones...they are pretty rubbish really....they tear easily...
I've ordered the green Gardiner ones tagged onto another purchase...the good thing about these are they are much stronger and the large size fit much better than the xl(and I've got big hands!)the xl are slightly too big and get caught on clamps IME.....

do you not find their slightly TOO big?........my large ones arrived today....they are a tighter fit but still fine and dont tend to get caught on pole clamps....

I usually buy these for around £7 a box. Prices are now inflated! I managed to buy 10 boxes for £88 during lockdown. The last thing you want to run out of at the moment is gloves.

i actually dont wear them when its hot and sunny or i end up with white hands!but i do on cloudy days and in winter
-
Best gloves for the summer months are the cheap £1.39 ones from screwfix, they’re not waterproof but they are perfect for the dry summer days, no sweaty hands like you get from the nitrile ones.
-
Sounds good.
You can always rely on screwfix.
That’s probably the only time I wear gloves is in the winter.

Not if you want to buy nitrile gloves they've been out of stock for weeks ;D

I tried wearing them for a few days and my hands sweated so much I got a rash all over them, went back to lined gloves.
-
I was buying them for £13 a box from wcw then come across them in my makro wholesaler for £6 a box
