Title: Gocardless

Hi, hope you’re all keeping safe.
Has anyone got a  letter/ statement which they use for getting Customers onto Gocardless?
I’ve done quite well, got about a third over now in a month and only taking new Customers on Gc.

That's the hardest thing I've found with GoCardless; explaining it to customers.

I try to explain it the best I can & then send them the aworka invoice containing the sign up link.

At the moment all the banks are working to combat online payment fraud, I explain that Gc is the safest and easiest way to pay. I say all of our payment  software is synced with Gc.
Worked well, lost a couple that I had to chase all the time but got some solid customers signed up.

I prefer bank transfer myself, doesn't cost anything and the vast majority of my customers are quick payers.
