Title: Lost notes on cleaner planner worksheet

So I’ve uploaded a worksheet on cleaner planner and lost the notes on the worksheet. How do you get them back? I’ve tried to copy and paste them from the notes section from worksheet on the app but I’m sure some of the notes are missing.

Find the job using "jobs"
Click on the job to edit it
Go to the "notes" tab
Open the note...
Below the date in the edit box you'll see a checkbox with "Show on worksheet... for ALL cleans"

Make sure it's ticked (or made solid blue for Mac) otherwise the note won't appear on the worksheet.
