Title: Can SKYVAC 78 be used for external gutter cleaning

Good evening all,

I would really welcome some advice please. I am hoping to offer an add on to current wfp business and offered  a SKYVAC 78 at a reasonable price together with camera and a Skyvac Atom. The current owner uses the 78 on external guttering jobs but looking at spec it looks like it is only suitable for internal use. Do any of you use a 78 externally and have you made any modifications to enable this.

All advice very welcome.

Can you give a link to the vac so we can see it, might be able to advise better if we could see the machine

It's advertised as an internal machine. To be sure why don't you give Spinclean a call or email them. They have a great reputation for customer service.

Spinaclean have a Facebook page with a lot of ways to contact them i'm sure you can sort this problem out

Hello Mike/Jonny thought I would provide an update. Called Spinaclean and very helpful as you said they would be. It turns out that the vacuum was advertised incorrectly and is an industrial 85 which is great news. if it was a 78 , then a fix would have been the side inlet modification. Hopefully I may have secured a bargain !!
