Title: shurflo pump repairs
Post by: mark dew on May 08, 2020, 03:45:05 pm: The two wires had snapped at the base of the pump. I've been running it screwing 2 grub screws into the plastic coating and connecting to the grub screws.
The grub screws aren't making a connection anymore inside the black plastic coating.
Ive got another on the way but is there anyone or where that fixes the wiring on these?

It can be fixed but the pump has to come apart

Stop being a total twit - if you can try to read the post - a new one is on the way but needs a fix until that time

Post by: NWH on May 08, 2020, 07:54:21 pm: Ok sorry always have a spare then when mine first went originally I bought 2 when 1 went again I had a spare and replaced that,straight away got another back to 2 again.

this pump is 13 years old and had a good run.
Have got 2 pumps on the way but just wondered if there was anywhere who repairs them.

You miss the point , it’s just a broken wire not pump , it can be fixed with an 8mm spanner and 2 small zip ties in 10 minutes !
