My son as bought him self a 3 bed semi in Surry and is looking for a window cleaner he has asked me ... I have no idea what they charge down there I've gestimated about 12quid any body got a ball park fiugre

My brother lives in Surrey......£12 is way too cheap...its an expensive part of the country.......
It's got to be £20 min I expect...maybe £25.....

Congratulations to your son. Surrey ain't cheap!
Depends what you mean by a 3 bed semi.
Ex council red brick, no bays - £15-£18 A bit less if a few in a group together.
Rabbit hutch 1970's - £18-£20
1930's - with bay windows - £20-25
Edwardian Villa - £30 - £40
Vary above for porch and conservatory and extension.

If uts cheeper then its a bargan or a desperate wc.

I’m Essex. So would charge £17 odd.
Guessing £20- £22 is about right in Surrey.
Daz does them for £3.85, cos his rent is 90p a month. ;D

North Essex mate, cover Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich (so bits of south Suffolk as well) and everywhere in between!

I'm in Braintree but work around Saffron Walden, Bishops stortford , and the villages inbetween. Used to do a bit in Chelmsford years ago.

Always wondered how saturated Braintree was with window cleaners. Seemed to always be loads of them in polarbrite!

Yeah that's why I don't bother with Braintree, it's quite overcrowded. I only do commercial work there.

Impact cleaning Lee, . I only do 1 day in Stortford now, and a couple of days in Stebbing in Braintree area, Saffron Walden is my main part.

Morden is next to the tube to London so it's very expensive to live there but is surrounded by the largest pre war housing estate in Europe I get calls all the time but the going price always seems to be £8 to £10 so it's a miss for me
if your interested Surrey has houses ranging from a 1 bed flat 300 k to 30 million for something a bit grander but only further out of town

Outside of Kensington Surrey’s probably one of the most expensive places to live or at least top few,Surrey-T Wells etc in the past have always been classed as the stock broker belt.

I used to live in Raleigh Essex before I moved to Cornwall. Really expensive place to live.
