MODDED hate them both
-
Neither!

Neither!
^^^^^^^^^^
This😁
-
Fascia/soffit, I find them easy to do and always get a better hourly rate.
-
Neither!
Agreed. Where is the neither/equally bad option?
-
Conny roof. I softwash them now so it’s a piece of cake!
I hate scrubbing sofits and gutters with wfp.
-
Either we do loads of both
-
An hour is not a good indicator, if I had a full day of either I would choose conservatories, I tend to earn more cleaning conservatories
-
Fascias/soffits.....I've got a few booked in over the next few weeks for existing customers....I clean them at the same time as their windows.....
The only time I hate them is if I dont earn £50-£60 an hour cleaning them.....

I hate them Daz.
I hate the soffits with those little vents running the whole length.
It also annoying trying to get in all the nooks and crannies of the gutters and brackets.
Conny roof, piece of cake, softwash and rinse off, done in less than an hour.
I find gutter cleaning takes ages, is hard work, and unless you get up there with a ladder, rarely looks perfect...

I use an old xtreme brush for f/s/g......maybe some virosol if really bad...but normally very hot water suffices......
I will clean any conny roofs if the access isn't too bad too and the customer accepts the price (obviously).....I find a lot of the time they dont......even though I think I price fair for the work involved....
-
The G/F/S i absolutely hate doing are the ones at the sides of Dormer windows. ;D

i dont clean inside windows or gutter clearing .....just exterior cleaning jobs using WFP.....
-
Where’s the “neither” option to vote😂
I’m too busy to do any extras now and I can earn more or the same cleaning glass and less effort too
-
I don't tend to do either one but if I had to choose I'd pick the conservatory roof. Both are more trouble than they're worth though I think.
-
Zesty what chemical do you use for conny roofs
-

Why?.....yes their harder work but if you price them well what's the problem?

Yeah interesting I might start using this method to clean them too,Zesty do you apply the chemicals via a backpack or portable sprayer if so what chemicals have you thought was best.
-
I always regret them and I always under price.
Gutter vac jobs are just as bad if not worse and I can't say no to regulars.
End up busting a gut for peanuts
-
Spray bottle of TFR, tubeless pole, decent spray gun, reel plugged into custy's hose and conservatory roofs are okay IMO
-
ive got a small f/s/g job to do first thing tomorrow....its £12 for their normal 4 weekly window clean and £50 for the f/s/gs.itll take me an hour.im happy with £62 for an hours work. then ive got 17 other regular window cleaning jobs on the same estate booked in all right next door to each other........
ill quickly plug my pole into my backpack and give the front upper f/s/g a good soak with a weak virosol mix, before scrubbing and rinsing with hot pure water....
ill use an xtreme 25 with an old xtreme stiff brush....this is the best, lightest combo for tackling these jobs IMO.....
