I use virosol,  dilutes in a spray bottle.     Spray on brush also for those places you cannot spray,      Leave for 5  minutes    Brush & Rinse pure water   don't leave on too long . may stain

I picked up a £70 roof clean job last night(existing customer).its easy to clean as I can clean most of it from a flat roof......I use virosol applied with a backpack then plenty of scrubbing and rinsing with very hot water.....I'll be cleaning it today...

It makes up for the £60 commercial job I cant clean due to it being closed......I just cant lose in this game.....👍

If I need to use a chemical I use virasol like others on here. Some times a bit of ecover but often, particularly on less dirty, just pure water and scrub.
