So got 2 houses here and just want some advice on pricing. Am i under charging them and should i be charging more. I have about 150 customers now Started in October. All cleaning monthly or 2monthly, i charge £15 for the smaller house every 2months and 19.50p for the other house 2monthly,
my work is spread out and i am trying to compact it and one area that is starting to happen. I notice i have better days then other what im earning hourly. The thing i just wanna make sure is my pricing ok ? Or should i be upping my prices ? Or cleaned WFP
Thanks in advance always appreciate the help.
Thanks
Edward.

Why £19.50 ;D
Just round it off to a nice £20.

That’s what the last window cleaner was charging she said and i was happy with that. He just retired so i just continued with the same price. Is this underpriced ?
Thanks

Prices spot on £15 and £20

Wow.
In scotland that would be £8/£12 for me.
Some guys would charge £5/£8.
-
We’ve got a minimum charge of £20.
So it would be £20 for the first house £22 for the second house.
Most of our work is 8 weekly.
Farnham, Surrey.

Whatever you charge I wouldn’t take it on unless you get get 3-4-5 within 1 reel out in 1 go,waste of time I’ve actually had 1 this morning I turned down due to this.
He said I need a WCleaner I said I bet you do lol.

How is it a waste of time? Most of my jobs are singular and I do ok 👌
-
Apart from one block of 30 compact, most of my jobs are stand alone too, suits me just fine.
-
Mine are all stand alone I wouldn’t take anything like that on these days but fair play if you don’t mind doing but I don’t,many moons ago I did stuff like this and it was a ball ache for me.
When people talk about compact work this is the type of work that has to be,when I say I drive to 1 job clean it and then drive 5 or so miles to the next it’s worth it.
Thank god for google maps these days saves even driving out to quote stuff like this.
