Title: Responsible for £750,000,000 of cleaning annually! 3/4 of a Billion quid wow
Post by: capn sparkle on April 07, 2020, 06:21:46 pm
As you may have gathered I may have a touch of "cabin fever".

Simple maths led me to the realisation  that some trusting people have decided to let me loose on some expensive property. I'm 30 miles north of London and TBH quite lazy so i'd imagine a few of you will be able to trump my figures.

320 customers at an average house price of £400,000* times 6 visits a year approx (2 monthly round)

320 x £400,000 x 6 = £768,000,000 over three quarters of a Billion pounds. Blimey! When it's written down like that I probably shouldn't be sat at my laptop on a window cleaning forum in my pants eating spagbol from a bowl. Note to self - Must be more responsible in the future.

I'd imagine the Lee Pryors of this world would smash my figure but It's quite surprising how much value custies trust us with.

Let the willy waggling commence  ;) ;)

* Houses range from £250,000 - to a few million each so didn't really calculate just guessed  ;D

What is the point of your post?

It's less clear than one of HMan's inventions. Do explain, please.

Some interesting window cleaning figures Slacky to offset some of the other 'information' on CIU recently. I wasn't aware every post needed 'a point' but i'll take note and will adjust my future posting behaviour  ;D

Oh! and HMans bound to invent another useful item eventually - 1000 monkeys 1000 typewriters you get the gist

I personally think house prices will drop dramatically this year, Buyers market. The rich always know when to sell, then rent out and buy again when the market is just  starting to pick up.

I don’t understand what this thread is about. Isn’t the OP trying to attribute something to himself that doesn’t exist. It’s like trying to attribute an empty value to a petrol pump attendant because he works in a Shell garage where the owners of cars worth £150,000 buy their fuel twice a week.

And?

The OP has an eclectic and possibly weird sense of humor which has obviously passed over the heads of some CIU members! I'll leave you with the multiple Corvid 19 posts.

Good night....
Stay safe everyone...
See you on the other side
