Hi Alex,

Are orders still being processed ok? I read the latest update on your website, just wanted to ask if orders are still being sent out with the delay? I didn’t receive an ‘order received’ email...

I made the order on Sunday.

I think they're only sending out essentials now like Milk and bread  ;D

Hi Zesty

We are still open and processing all orders, but with a greatly reduced workforce.

If you could email me or post here your order number then I can check where in the flow of orders yours is.

Sometimes our automated order emails can end up in junk - might be worth checking this  :)

Hi NWH

Most days of the week orders are still managing to be fulfilled within the usual 24 hours (1 working day) - however after a weekend this is running at about 48 hours (2 working days)  :)
