10k grants are available to UK small businesses which rent property and receive business rates relief

anyone who rents a unit should be applying

As far as I know, its not a case of applying, but waiting for the local authority to contact you with details.

They obviously know who you are.

Unless you know different? I'm in this situation, and as far as myself and my neighbours know, we need to wait to be contacted.
