Title: Good time to employ?
Post by: jay moley on March 30, 2020, 05:31:23 pm
As some of you may know from my previous posts I need to replace the two idiots that work for me.

Would this be a good time to replace them?

Must be loads looking for work.

No.
It'd be a bad time.

If you are talking as right now then obviously not a good time.
How would you interview them?
How would get to try them out?
What sort of gamble are you taking in regarding paying them? How can you pay them if you are uncertain of future income and work?
If you're talking in a month or so time, then simply at the moment you can't really plan that far ahead properly.
How are you going to get rid of your current 2 at the moment?

All good points.

Probably haven't thought it through. I'm just so fed up with the current wasters.

As for how I got the last two, my Dad knew them, I was ill at the time.
