Post by: johnny bravo on March 23, 2020, 10:58:32 pm
Its going to still be a nightmare claiming for this.    They will want to know if you have any savings etc.    Is there actually any thing Self Employed can claim which will be a better  to get  and easier.
I haven't really looked yet.  start in morning. every bit helps.  It can be over 12 weeks lock down

You claim SSP if you're sick, not if you're locked down.

Not sure I will get a penny as I have two buy to let properties, although I am halfers on each with the wife so I effectively have one.
Anyone with savings can always say it’s to pay their massive tax bill in January as the July payment is deferred until at least then.

If you're sick.
There'll be something this week about the self employed. One union is taking the government to court for discrimination.
Unions; a thing of the past, eh?
