I did a job yesterday and left the invoice as usual, later that night I get a phone call from the customer saying "you left an invoice but it don't look like the windows have been cleaned" so I spend 5 minuets on the phone convincing her I had done them.
I was out today and passed her place so I thought I would pop in and see what the problem is, she lets me in to look at her windows from the inside …… and guess what ……. they were absolutely spotless so I ask her again what the problem is and again she says they don't look like they have been cleaned , I then said to her "but they are spotless, point out any bad marks or runs to me"
she then says "yes they are clean but it don't look they have been done" yet again
at this point I begin to lose it with her and I reply rudely "I think you need to go to Specsavers and if you are not happy with my work I can take you off my round"
she then says "oh no please don't do that I want you to keep coming"
strange or what??

I let my customers know, especially 4 wkly clients, that apart from bird poop and sand storms that their windows will stay virtually clean from now on!
This I think is her problem, that you are cleaning clean windows and as far as she is concerned, your popping around just posting invoices lol.
Just re explain and that should fix her confusion

Swap her to 2 monthly and charge her 50% more , after 8 weeks she will see that you have been ;D
