Oldie but goody.....
You have an idea...(no one cares)
You build a plan...(no one helps)
You take a massive risk...(you're alone)
You work and grind for years...(no one sees it)
You fail...(others expected it)
You continue forward...(they smirk)
You fail again...(they pity you)
You continue forward...(they laugh)
You get traction...(no one notices)
You get momentum...(they think its a fluke)
You start winning...(they try to align themselves with you)
You achieve greatness...(they say they know you)
After all of this. The sweat. The fear. The unknowns. People will one day look at you and say
"Look how lucky he is"
Remember, everyone sees the "wine" but no one sees the "crushing of the grapes"

H man, your heart is in the right place, just not sure about the head space ;D if what you are doing, is valuable to others in your country then heavily promote it there if your not already doing so.
However, you promote on here where the vast majority have stated that we can buy or use equipment at ease and from what we can see isnt any different to what we have. So naturally if your market research here is saying its not needed, and you constantly argue against it, you are not going to win or do yourself any favours.
Promote it where it will work for you and reap the rewards

I thought I would be a millionaire by now ;D
Truth is I have run out of money , not that I ever had much , I can’t even afford to promote the heater !
The weather hasn’t helped tbh , if I’m feeling it then the others that have had it harder than me must be too ?

I think every window cleaner has taken some sort of hit after the wettest February on record.
Was probably my poorest month in terms of earnings in 10 years.
We even done a couple of weekly shops at lidl last month! My daughter said to me "daddy are we poor now?!" LoL
Things have started picking up now though so might treat us to an Asdas shop this week.

Yep, ive been struggling since new year. A combination of family illness and then days where I can pull socks up n go to work, weve had this miserable weather. Need a dry march or not so heavy rain/strong winds this month........roll on summer and then we can all buy your heaters for next winter rich 👍

I ploughed loads of money and time into a valve that fits on the bottom of your pole few year back they work great but the cost to make them would not leave much profit just the cost of delivery and packing left no profit let alone advertising cost

im £504 down on this time last year but plenty of time to claw it back esp with my new prices from april......
on topic i think its great that you guys like tinkering....if it wasnt for guys like you we d still be using taps on poles and using fibreglass poles and cold water! ;D

Why don't you take your idea to the cleaning show. Is Mark Munro running one this year?
You could set your van up, with it all up and running and show people exactly how it works.
I'm sure the stand won't be that expensive and I bet you'd take some orders at the show.

Only missed one day this month.
Some of us just crack on and clean in all weathers and others sit at home then wonder why they are down on money and running behind with work.
It's the U. K it won't ever change, just get out there and work.

I don’t like getting pi55 wet because I then get ill and lose the same money through being off sick :(

100% you should go.
All that time and effort you've put in, the show would be an excellent way to see how much interest there is in your heater...
to 'test the water' so to speak.
Get your arse down there!
