-
Just crack on.......its never as bad as the forecasts suggest......not here anyway.....they dont half 'ham it up"......its a bit of wind and rain, that's all.....just sit in the van during the heaviest showers.....then get back working is my advice....
-

I wouldn't of worked today either but it's not forecast to be as bad tomorrow or tuesday......

Not to bad in the south
-
Is as we speak though blowing a gale
-
The forcast for tomorrows is 40mph gusty winds so if i can't clean windows i will be leafleting instead which might be a waste of time but i don't have time to waste sitting at home watching tv
-
Pressure washing tomorrow.
-
Anyone window cleaning tomorrow needs to bear aware the conditions won’t be ideal. When did that ever stop anyone window cleaning though?

Nope, I wouldnt have worked in this today. In one village where I work, a tree blew down just in front of someone driving!
If its safe for working conditions then I will be out as usual, but if not, then its paper work or tinkering with the van. Theres always some sort of work related thing to do

Well its 40mph plus winds here in Yorkshire, with light to moderate rain and a few heavy showers forecast.
Same tomorrow as well, I'm going to have to admit defeat and start back Wednesday I think. :'(
-
Same here having today off and see what it's like tomorrow got to be sensible when the wind is this bad.

Some of you lads give up to easily....... ;D.....
Its windy here but no rain...I got up late this morning so I'll be starting at 10am til around 3pm.

No not all all, I've not had a day off due due to weather for as long as I can remember.
Ive had my work trousers on and off twice lol. Sun came out, stuck my kegs on and it chucked it down. Took em back off and it stopped. But its the wind mixed with the rain that's thw problem it's battering against my living room window like a scene from titanic.
I hate having forced days off :(

Its dry, cloudy but sunny here at the moment and only slighty windy. So its "off to work we go, Hi Ho Hi ho, its off to work we go"

Keep those van doors shut Dazmond, wind might blow your tank out!
-
Just got in after a record day.
-
worked 10am til 230pm...all scheduled work cleaned,no rain AT ALL,of course it was windy though......even had time to nip to the barbers on the way home..... 8)
its started thunder and lightening here now with heavy hail showers......theres a certain satisfaction being in the warm and dry after managing to avoid the rain/hail all day...... :D

Pressure washing today and tomorrow back on the windows on Wednesday
