Post by: Terry Wheeler on February 07, 2020, 02:53:49 pm
Hi guys, what is the best way to get commercial carpet cleaning clients? I do a couple of pubs and restaurants, but would like to get into other areas!  Your help is appreciated .

Call in when you are passing or have free time, leave a card and give them an incentive to use you, small initial discount or small area cleaned free. Works well with small companies where you can speak with the decision maker.

Always difficult to get a foot in the door with large companies, finding out who makes the decision and getting the go ahead, a lot of the time they simply don’t want to spend on cleaning.

If we have a meal out I will often leave a card, if the owner or manager sees you spending in their business they are more likely to use you. It’s worked for me on several  occasions.
