Title: Stain advice

Hello guys. A client of ours has had water inhibitor from the radiator leak on to their carpet, it looks all rusty. Any chemicals out there that will be good for this we use a 2 vac heated steam cleaning machine.

I would rinse it out first and see what is left, if it’s still rusty coloured I would try a rust remover, craftex do a good one and prochem do a gel rust remover.

Fernox can have dye in it so as Mike says rinse it first then you may have to go down dye removal techniques.
