Hi all :)
I'm looking to buy a new brush after working my way through all the ones i bought a couple of years ago. I ended up finding the gardiners supreme medium mixed to be my preference but its been a long time and i now see they have different ones available.
I'd quite like to use a slightly larger one such as the 35cm ones now on offer as well.
Just wondering what everyone finds to be best now.
I prefer to rinse on the glass and use fan jets if that makes any difference. Cold water. Happy to hear differing opionions!
Cheers all :)

I love the ultimate after using the supreme. I still use the supreme occasionally. (I one of those that changes the brush for jobs)
After using the ultimate cill brush since October this is now my main every day brush!
Worth a try

The one that works best for you!

I like the dupont supreme. I find it better than the previous version (medium hybrid).

Basil.

DuPont ultimate is there best brush currently,I would buy a 0 degree flocked for leads and that’s all your windows covered

stiff ultimate
stiff ultimate 35cm
stiff xtreme
stiff xtreme sill
all with pencil jets......these are the only brushes i use now(hot water user)

Lol don’t listen to Daz his brush’s look like 10 year old tooth brushes

For me:
Stiff Xtreme - everyday splash and dash.
Medium Xtreme with tapertec bristles - larger panes of glass, bungalows etc.
Supreme flocked - best brush for leaded or georgian.

X line do the best brushes imo.
The longevity is excellent no bristles fall out and they haven't got those jet capsules that break all the time., only downside they they are a bit weighty.

I dont mind the weight , its the price thats the drawback so i only order them on black friday (20% off) , but definately my favourite particularly with the rinse bar.

They don’t last with hot I‘ve not used it daily only every now and again and the bristles bend and again deform out of shape,I’m using a DuPont regularly at the moment and it’s standing up quiet well but apart from that all the other brushes are toilet.

I used an extreme black and white today with the black natural bristles in the middle, did 1 job and the bristles at one end were trying to bend 180 degrees to the middle lol.
We are paying the best part of 30-40 quid for it to be usable for a few days,it’s not the hot water either they do it with cold water too they don’t last 5 minutes.
