As usual with these USA chems the dilution is in ounces per gl anyone one know the UK dilution?
And a more general question.... has anyone tried using reverse osmosis water to mix up the solution when using Encap questions? The water in East Yorkshire is very hard which inhibits the foaming action of some chemicals, would using pure water have a beneficial effect?
I already use pure water for cleaning and when mixing my prespray but it cold straight out of a 25lt container , which would be best mix the Encap with warm water (which goes cold as soon as it hits the carpet) or mix it with cold pure water
Photo posted to add a bit of colour to my post ;D

Hi Mike
Revive Rocket is designed to be used with cold water, infact hot water should not be used
I have found creating a foam a bit of a problem , I have in the past added a small amount high foaming agent, this does help
and have not found any issies with it .

1 oz = 30ml. Pure Water should work ok.

How does this stuff compare to Dynamall....or would you use both as circumstances dictate?
-
It works virtually the same. We find some customers prefer one or the other.
-
I use it I don’t like the smell of dynamall it’s just a preference

What works best with it brush or scrub pad?
-
Zebra pad on tile or low profile commercials, Brush on ribbed cord. Medium duty pad on domestics.

Did this job yesterday & Thursday, the carpets took the Thursday 1400m/sq took 2 of us with 2 machines 6hrs. This was in multiple offices , corridors & lecture rooms, the offices were occupied by staff and we had a lot of chairs and crap to move in each area. we used about 6lts of rocket concentrate
We used it on 80 chairs which took 3 of us 4hrs to clean and used about 3lts of Rocket

What was the process John & you got any pics
-
The process on the floors was....
One guy used a gravity fed rotary with a zebra pad. I pre-sprayed the carpet with a pump up sprayer then bonneted with some dry fusion bonnets (just normal bonnets)
On the chairs we mixed a strong dilution of Rocket then pre-treated the stains, then mixed up a standard solution in a bucket and used a sponge to create a foam and worked that into the fabric, then vacuumed it off and towelled it off
