Don’t we all m8 my advise would be someone who was never born or grew up in this country and looks smart and presentable,
Spoke to another WFPoler today just got rid of another fool only came in 3 days a week,he was paying him 20 an hour 6 hours a day and paid it regardless of weather.

Best places to put your employment vacancies are Indeed and Gumtree neither are free anymore unfortunately. 2019 has been one of my worst years for employing but since August it's settled down and we're cracking out the work again.

I would not employ the guy on the scooter. He has not yet figured out that he needs to connect the hose to his pole in order to clean the windows.
