Title: What size do I need

What size push fit reducers do I need,I have used  rectus fittings in the past,even the Slick Connect fittings also break so was thinking something down the lines of the push fit  John Quest reducers from my reel hose to pole hose.
Something I can disconnect with ease.
My hose reel is the 6mm but not sure if thats the inner or outer size.

You need 8mm push fits
