I've been asked to quote for 36 flats all together in 3 story blocks. Each flat has 5 windows including landing and lobby windows. Would need to move van twice to accommodate doing them all.
-
Thats an easy 1. If without communal areas £360 per cycle if done regally enough.
-
yeah £360 is good. careful not to get mugged off tho so put a first clean charge on ..
-
£5 per flat, a little extra for the communals (May include them in the price if they are straightforward though) so would be a minimum of £180. Sounds like an easy mornings work to me.
* this is assuming it’s all one contract 😁
-
Is this one contract?
Or dealing with 36 individual customers?
How long do you think it will take you to clean? On a maintenance clean, surely it will take you less than 10 minutes per flat. Probably 6 hours work tops.
If it’s one contract, and nothing out the ordinary. then I’d be between £250-300.
-
Its one contract though the previous guy was trad and took two days to complete.
-
Have you got a picture?

I’d go in at £8 a flat, still works out £288 work.. that way the occupants think there getting a good deal and you spinninv off 180 paynes in around half a day once the first clean has been done.
I find with the blocks that I do weather isn’t a problem even in the bad rain I still do a lot of mine and don’t get any sly comments so turns in to a good fall back if the weather is bad for a few days

I have 33 flats over 6 blocks, no moving of the van cleaned 8 weekly @ £280. Takes 4 hours including the staircase windows inside and out. Being close together brings in the cash

You’re forgetting that the management company will still need to add their 30%. Starts to add up for the apartment owners.

I get what your saying but In my experience not all do. I do a few blocks where the residents are in charge of there own budget there for cut the charge management out... either way your still be getting a good wage in one sector cutting more costs. I guess it all depends what you class as a good profitable wage.
