Title: What temperature for immersion heater?
Post by: stuartb on November 05, 2019, 10:31:31 am
Installed my immersion heater yesterday and today trying it out. Just wondered what temperature your water was after heating? Also where do you take the temp? At the outlet as it leaves the van? Or, at the top of the tank where the waters at it’s hotest?

That will help calculate the amount of time it takes to heat your water. Most immersions have a thermal cut-out around 50-60 degrees.
