Title: Cleaner planner on a tablet

I have always used phone and laptop   but I transferred to tablet I can't get the planner to work properly I can't  get the tick boxes to tick and open customers information everything else works fine . has anyone had this issue  it works fine on the phone and laptop but what am i doing wrong i have changed to desktop mode still won't work

What kind of tablet is it?

Android, windows, iPad etc ?

Yeah same on ipad and ipad pro.

refreshing the page usually helps

I give up with it every single thing else works all other websites apart from cleaner planner just can't get the boxes to tick and ad to worksheet and open customer info
 phone and laptop ok so I will just have to use use phone to move stuff around  bit awkward really

What browser are you using? I suspect Chrome, maybe try Firefox or Brave.

you need to change your settings so it reads it as a desktop view and not a mobile device

I have had same problem. Had to use the jobs tab to make worksheets via a tablet
