Title: what the hell is going on

so its been 4 hours  still no sign of a quote for my insurance renewal ive contacted 5 companies still no joy  getting peeved only reason im chucking my old company is I can only get an half decent quote is by having limited mileage of 3k  having gone over that by 500 miles they charged me hundred and twenty quid its getting rediculas   .

I rang Alexandra Swann and asked for a quote, the lady told me the quote and I asked for them to email it so I can look at it when home, it never came through!

Dunno what's up with people

Sometimes it can be something simple though like he/she has mistyped or misheard your email address.

I've had potential customers leave an inaudible message on my answer machine & I cannot phone the back. They probably think I'm right ignorant.

You could have just phoned back. If you didn't like their attitude then you could leave it.

Saying that though I once phoned for a quote from A Plan and they never got back to me & I never phoned them back.

I'm currently with Alexander Swan for both our vans.

Have you not heard of go compare or compare the market?

You can do it online these days you know  :D

I would certainly contact Alexander Swan again as this is extremely unlike them, it could be a mistyped email address and/or a junk issue.

Just noticed you're trying to get it for less than £120...no wonder you're struggling lol.
