Just about to fit an immersion heater to my system and wondered do I need to replace the pole hose and hose reel hose for the hot water variety?

Not for an immersion heater. You’ll be fine with your standard hoses.

After fitting my immersion I only changed the pole hose as it was a bit stretchy when using the univalve, apart from that all hoses are the same that I used for cold.

You’ll be ok with the normal hose.
Even though the pole hose can get a bit stretchy , it’s still not too bad with the standard hose. Manageable.
It’s only when you get up to the above 35-40 degrees when you need to start thinking about thermal hose ;)

Just go around and tighten all your connections though

We use green Gardiner pu pole hose and normal yellow micro ore with 70+ degrees water no problem, you might need to double clip joints and fittings though

Thanks guys for all the help. Really appreciated. The only thing I’m nervous of now is drilling a big hole in my nice new tank 😳😬

After fitting my immersion i replaced the pole hose for Gardner hot water hose as the standard hose became very soft & stretchy using a univalve.
Also i replaced the hose between the tank and pump and pump to hose reel with car hot water hose from my local motor factors.
im still using yellow miro-bore reel hose and its doing just fine.
