Title: Mains to van battery charger playing up.

I have a mains to vehicle hook up and I’ve plugged in today and the internal charging unit inside the vehicle is dead no read out no fan nothing,I’ve changed the 2 flat 40 amp fuses behind the drivers seat and still nothing.
I am wondering whether or not this unit inside the van could be shot,I’ve also changed the fuse inside this unit to with no difference,help would be handy on this. Thanks

have you got the one with the battery to battery charger unit connected to your batteries?...mines a box behind the drivers seat with a flashing light on it to show its charging,this is connected to my 2 batteries in the back and my engine battery.......could be a loose wire/connection somewhere maybe?

Sorted now it was the unit you plug the lead in to on the side of the van,took it apart the live was hanging loose.
I got a new 1 from a caravan center fitted it just now,all working fine again.
