I fill the 500l tank via the di and although it's not rocket size checking the tds I keep getting caught out!
So the 11l do should last 10 days but after 8 days work this time it's fooked and then I need to drain the fecker.
These inline tds meters look like they are for around 6mm hose which is no use but is there any other options?
There'll soon be a third pump fitted so not as easy for Di after the pump.

Just buy the inline meters and buy the 6mm to ___ coupling.
Does your controller not support tds reading?
-
No tds on them but as it's Di before the tank by the the time it's through the pump the problem is already causing you to waste an hour to drain it and then you need to refill....

If you are filling your tank with pure then don't worry about after the pump reading. Just place your inline meter straight after the Di bottle. No need to worry and over think about anything else bud

Difficulty is finding the reducer from garden hose to meter and back to garden hose.

i use a 25L resin vessel(which lasts me around 4-5 months before i need to change the resin)to purify my water.i check my tds after every fill EVERY day as i got caught out myself a few years ago....its just one of my end of the day jobs now (like charging my batteries).....i just use a hand held TDS meter......

Apparently this can take 1/2" barbed hose fittings so I'll wait for them to get back.

Would be handy to have a meter to keep an eye on the amount of water I'm going through.
Here's another https://www.amazon.co.uk/HM-Digital-Monitor-Readout-Accuracy/dp/B001EHAZGW has anyone got a link to pushfits with hose barbs?

Not sure I’m missing something here because it doesn’t seem that complicated ???
Buy the first inline tds meter with the correct sized fittings:
https://www.daqua.co.uk/inlinetdsmeters.htm
And then use the “JG 1/2" OD ST.PIPE X 1/2" Hosetail” pushfit barbs in to the t-piece :
https://www.daqua.co.uk/johnguest.htm
(Fourth one down)
Just use one of the TDS meters “probes” if you only want wants coming out and not bothered about in...
If you’re not sure of exact fitting sizes then just ring up Doug to confirm you’re getting the correct sizes.

Thanks but the fitting is 1/2" X 1/2" and I think the tds meter is supplied with 1/4" with the other options out of stock. I haven't yet came across a 1/4" push fit X 1/2" barb.

For the inline tds meter I got pipe to fit it in a caravan place. It fits dead on then the hose onto it with a load of plumbers tape.
