carry on of course!..............unless its a big storm with really heavy downpours then ill sit in the van until it passes....

what old Daz the electricial conductor ;D he gets shocks just looking at solar panel arrays ;D

only happened on one set of solar panels.......put it this way i wont be cleaning them again if he ever asked me again...... ;D

It only takes one set of solar panels to put you off! Had a dodgy one in jan2018 and that was enough for me.

Pack up and flee. I saw (and very definitely heard) a lightning strike about 50 metres from me last year.... and man oh man.... scary. Anyone daft enough to wave a pole around while there's electrical storms around them are voluntarily thinning the herd and signing up for the Darwin Awards.

I meant to mention this on here last week. I was cleaning a set of solar panels last week on a residential house roof. Whilst up there I hooked a few handfuls of sludge out the gutters. Whilst doing this I was getting quite a strong tingle, which was felt worse where I had cuts on my hands. I twas quite a healthy tingle, definitely noticeable.

I kept getting little electric shocks/tingles down my right arm as i was poling these array of solar panels a few years ago....never had them since though on other solar units....

I think his head was fried long ago :D ;D
