My fault
Cleaning customer today front only
Always lots of spiders, poo, webs 🥴
Sprayed neat ubiks on brush
But then sprayed on leaded panes
Luckily not many
Some leads now have clean stripes
Where ubiks has gone through tarnish 😳
I suppose in time stripes will tarnish again 🤔
Note to self
Wet windows first
Only spray ubiks on brush
Leads were probably nice and hot in 27c heat today too
🤫 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫

That’s one of the problems I find with UBIK. I won’t use it anymore, I find the cleaning power of Virosol just as good and you don’t have the issue of it being unsafe for it to dry on the glass/plastic/lead/whatever.

Hello Deeege
I have heard people saying upvc discoloured with virosol
If it stays on too long 🤔
Thanks lee

I find a squirt of good old fairy beats them both.

If you use virosol neat it can stain plastics we use it diluted 10-1 on everything evan on a hot sunny day and let it dry out on glass plastics cladding etc and it’s fine it will foam up when you re wet it and clean well and no damage or problem at that ratio been using it this way for over 10 years and we use around 20 x20 ltr drums per year

Exactly what splash and says has said above. Keep it well diluted and I’ve never had an issue with Virosol drying out. I find it far better to work with than UBIK.
