Just for balance ....
1. Being my own boss (deciding who I do & who I don't clean windows for)
2. Working outside (good for mental & physical health)
3. Banter with customers
4. Decent earnings
5. Relatively stress-free
-
Having a Pay rise every week
-
1). Meeting people from all walks of life and a vast range of experiences, which keep me grounded. There's always someone going through much worse than yourself.
2). Being your own boss, making your own rules (within reason)
3. The freedom it gives you/ being your own boss to add or not add services to your cleaning arsenal
4). The potential to earn very good money
5). Same as the first point, meeting a wide range of people. Sure you get messes etc but often you get to know some great people

Nothing
Nothing
Nothing

Going home at 2.30
You get my drift ! ;D

Not having to say goodbye to my Missis in the morning because we've worked together for the past 16 or so years.

Being my own Boss
Working outside
Very Flexible hours
Virtually Stress free
Not bad Money
-
1.FLEXIBILITY.....never underestimate it!if i had a "normal" job working for someone else i would of been sacked years ago!..... ;D
2.WORKING OUTSIDE....again dont underestimate being outside in the fresh air(even in the winter).its much better for you than being in an office all day.
3.SIMPLE,STRAIGHTFORWARD BUSINESS.......clean windows,get paid,repeat......very low stress...
4.JOB FOR LIFE AND RECESSION PROOF(health permitting of course).......2 recessions now(1993/2008).in fact (from 2008-2019) my business has gone from strength to strength...
5.MONEY..........once you have an established round built up you can earn good money for short hours worked...
-
This is harder than the other thread
1. Money is decent
2. There's worse jobs out there
3. Its alright
Can think of many more
-
with the advancements in technology over the last 15 years or so, modern window cleaners have got it easy compared to the old trad days......
1.electronic payments........drastically reduces(or eliminates)collecting.
2.WFP.......no risking your neck up a ladder like years ago, quicker too.
3.round software.....makes organising work and keeping on top of debts a doddle.
4.purpose built electric reels.......no more reeling in by hand!great!
5.diesel hot water systems with frost stat feature modified for WFP vans.....its the icing on the cake for cleaning/keeping systems frost free in the colder months.

TBH I wouldn't have started if it hadn't been for WFP.
