If you use the likes of squeeg.ee its easy to send texts to all.  If just doing it on your phone, i use samsung and when composing a text i can select up to 20 of my contacts, to send a text to all in 1 go

i manually input any customers i need to text one by one as i often use their first name(for the personal touch)...if your a one man band it takes 2 mins to text 5 or 6 jobs(or whatever).once ive sent the first text to that customer i just forward the same text every month/2 months.....

I've saved a standard text in the notes app, which I simply copy n paste onto the text and then tag all the customers I need to send it to.

I don't want customer's numbers on my phone.

I copy and paste the last text unless it has something like weather permitting etc. Then I cut that bit out. It only takes a couple of minutes.
