Len,
Ive used one for a few months now. Yes they do their job and are easy to empty (After every job is best - but if in a rush every other job) My recovery tank shut off has not been working properly lately and Ive had a few blow throughs - the Hydro filter has prevented the in tank filter from becoming clogged.
Dave.

I love my hydro filter. :)- :)- I have the  the stainless filter which makes it easy to clean. I can show the customer the crap, crud, filth, hair, lint that came out of the carpet. :o- :o- :o They allways feel better knowing that their carpets are a lot cleaner. :) :)

It also keeps my waste tank clean 8)- 8)- 8)

Jonhnnyone

Now that I’ve got one would not do with out it! Especially on some of the work I do Pubs and shops you can pre-vac all-day it makes no impression on the black top.

That great :) It does make our life easier, do u have the net filter or the stainless filter?
I just got another stainless  filter so when it clogs up I just switch it out and clean it later,,, seems like I always want to do my job faster....

Had a great idea,, lets keep this a secret untill next year 8)- 8)- :-X- :-X

Have a nice, end of the year!!!

The stainless one, when I first used it, which was on a pub I had it round the wrong way it got a bit buckled still works ok! How much do you pay for yours and who do you buy it from?

hi. i,ve got one with both net and stainless filter. that way if one gets clogged i have a back up. what i have done is put a small spray jet onto a male quick coupling that i can fit straight onto my pressure line and voila!! a small hand held jet washer for cleaning hydrofilter and much more!!!!happy new year. i don't post much but do like a read.

Magic

I use a pressure-washing gun Prochem, like you can’t believe how useful it can be when also used with my Ninja.

I've got one and wouldn't be without it. Use stainless steel insert, when it clogs up just disconnect and give it a shake so all crud drops to bottom. That way only usually have to clean it out once a day. Would have thought though with all that pre vaccing everyone else does, that the filter would be redundant, or maybe the bag wants emptying.  ;D ;D ;D

Dave

I wish I could shake it and the crud falls out, mine cling to it and I have ether to dig it or I have to pressure it out! Do you think my blower is too efficient?  ;D ;D ???

Can't be Len, You're running a Blazer arn't you? Maybe you put in super unleaded by mistake, or your taking so long to clean that he crud is drying out.
Try having 3 shreddies for breakfast. 8) ;D 8)
