Anyone else had this when sending an invoice? Planner then adjusts the dates and records in transactions. Tried loads of times, stumped.

Yes tried that. What made you think of that? Haven’t tried any other customers so don’t know if it’s one particular one or if CP isn’t responding to any. I’ll have another look. Had loads of trouble last week, all incoming emails stopped on phone so had to delete email accounts and start again.

I think I’ve done it. Gone into Cleaner Planner settings and clicked CP server button, seemed to work with a test email.

If you get any more trouble Dave just email CP help.....I had the same trouble a year or so ago and they had it fixed within a few hours.....

I had this trouble sending invoices by e mail - It was solved by writing a comment in the notes ie something like Our terms are strictly 30 days.
