Title: Santander timing out too soon

NatWest usually pops up saying would you like to remain logged in.
But Santander times out very quickly before you can correspond your electronic payments.

Quite annoying probably my only criticism so far.
Is there an option somewhere I am missing? I was about to call customer service but I thought I'd ask around here since most people have use of Santander

They’ve just changed it from 10 minutes to 4 minutes. It’s really annoying I agree. I sent my feedback to them via secure message on the website. Hopefully if people complain they will revert back.

I've noticed it times out quick and agree it's a pain in the backside
