So do you think this could be the reason that safe ladder users are being unfairly penalised ?
I dont think the non roofing ladder was even tied in , it looked like it was resting on the steel gutter !
Moments later he dropped his hammer , climbed half way down the ladder , bum shuffled across to the velux window and climbed in head first .
Thats one roofer who is not doing my roof !

JM123 , dont want to shock you again , but i couldnt see anything holding the scaffold ladder in either !
It was funny when he dropped the hammer though , it went right down the tiles and landed on the top scaffold boards , all i heard was muffled "F**K"

Also it will help the ladders move left to right easier
