Hi
Do you clean windows the traditional way I.e. wash on, dry off and don’t use the system where you just let water run onto the windows and then leave to dry.

I’m betting she wants me to use one of those ladder things! 😂

do you use one of those wash boards & mangle things or a washing machine ???

What I am leading up to is - if you can be bothered to educate this person - is making a point. You don't yet know what their enquiry is for. It could be a nice job with recommends or it could be an unreasonable PITA customer you'd run a mile from.
