Hi All
Have just been asked to quote for the window (outside) cleaning of a new Care Home we have just started the sparkle/end of build cleaning for. Its 75 units and obviously quite big and two levels.
I currently have a backpack pure water machine, should i quote them for the time i think...it will take me and how much should i charge per hour per hour or do i quote per window, haven't counted them yet, but would imagine there are about 140 plus.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

Your going to clean the whole care home - 75 units over 2 levels with a backpack ‘machine’?
🤦♂️
Im guessing your not a window cleaner but do insides and outside sparkle cleans.
140 windows doesn’t mean jack to anyone, it could be 140 bay windows , 140 small square windows, 140 long windows the size of 2 windows each!
Whichever way you look at it , 140 windows is a lot of work and will take you a week with a backpack machine

Quite a task i know.........thinking of sharing with someone in the Epsom are if you know of anyone.

It really is impossible for anyone to advise you without seeing the building your best bet if window cleaning is not your game to pass it on to someone else
Shriek has nailed it really but if you insist on doing it why don’t you clean say 10 windows and see how long that takes - times that by 14 (140 windows) so you have an overall time to clean then times this by your hourly rate

Up to you but I wouldn’t never quite on an hourly rate, you can clean lots of windows in an hour WFP.

If pass it on and take a cut for yourself.
