Title: Fix/Restore swivel connection ,no more loose swivels.

Fix/Restore your old Wagtail swivel connection like new.
PLUS MANY OTHER SWIVELS
Take only minute or so to do.
All needed in a barrel nut / sheet metal screw plus piece 6mm outside diameter irrigation tube.
Seconds to put together.
NO MORE WEAR FROM THREADED BOLTS.

Put this up for the people that were complaining that the swivel on there brushes.
Kept going loose making it flop from side to side.
