Hi Scott I have a number of houses I’ve been cleaning since around 2008 on the newish estate (old hospital site I believe) I may be looking to sell, didn’t know if they would be of any interest to you

My closet work to Orsett is Avery do not to far
How much is there and is it all on one estate ?

Yes it is all on one estate there and I’ll have a total up tomorrow when I’m in the office

The value is £118 every 4 weeks, sometimes a little more if 2 houses have backs doing, takes just under 3 hours

I was born in the old Orsett hosptial.

You can take the boy out of essex, but not essex out of the boy.
