It痴 north facing , I did a couple of test patches and the dirt comes of not too difficult but it値l take a lot of scrubbing. What do you lot think about pricing and time?

Is it all four sides ?
If so wfp with chems would be around 1.5 days for 2 men

Take two men about a day to do , we do lots like this spray with a virosol mix 10 - 1 wfp rinse job done nice little earner price it at what you expect to earn for a day + materials

I知 thinking maybe price it more than that as smudger said 2 men 6hrs , you致e said 2 men 1 day and I知 on me own :o
So may take me 12 hours if that痴 the case

id price it up on 2 days work(a days work is 6 hours to me) just to be on the safe side but id expect to clean it in a day and a half using hot water and virosol....

On your own 2 days (16 hrs). - that痴 hard work on yer own - between 7 and 8 hundred
TFR a8 - but any of that type g101, Virosol, tfr will do ( not that cheap rubbish of eBay mind )

do you get much work at them rates smudger?sounds a bit steep to me

Yep - more than I care too clean, ( so I don稚 - the lads do it! )
Pricing as always is dependant on how much competition there is for this type of work, while there is some when it comes to this type of work when push comes to shove very few want to do it.
Then how desperate is the customer ? Quite often this sort of clean is end of lease or imminent visit from the landlord or head office so, no time to haggle 😂
This bespoke work really needs to bring in a premium rate esp. if your gonna do it on your own.

Ah ok I assumed there was two of you , yes price it for 1:5 to 2 days , and charge more than you would for windows as it will be harder work ,that will come up like new ,they will be well impressed
So may take me 12 hours if that痴 the case

We would be in the region of ｣600-700 depending how the test patches turned out , if it came up with a light scrubb it would be the lower end but if the durtwas really stubborn it would be the higher end or Evan higher price

Looking at the pics it would take one guy one day. ｣600 +VAT
As soon as you get the chems on it the actual clean won稚 take too long. The panels are vertical so a lot easier to clean than the horizontal panels.
We did a job 3/4 of that size with horizontal panels, one guy did the building clean finished at 13:30, while the other did the gutters.

Price it up at what you'd like to earn from the job as opposed to what you think it's worth and then stick at that price.
It's surprising at how many will accept the quote.

let us all know if you get the job.....to me it seems a ridiculously expensive price to clean a bit of panelling but some on here do get the prices,are you down south or up north?

Mate you know where I am lol I知 in Preston. 1hr of scrubbing these panels isn稚 the same as 1hr of scrubbing windows, it痴 a lot harder pal

i disagree...no awkward angle windows to clean,no moving the van,etc....its a straight scrub and rinse....do it in sections....itll be hard work but no harder than cleaning a load of awkward angle window houses or large window cleaning jobs.....
