Title: advice needed on 45ft pole

Hi guys,
              Have won a contract to clean exterior glass on stairwells to 10 blocks of flats. Larger blocks of flats have 4 floors to them. question; will 45ft pole reach these ? also have been quoted £645 + vat  for 45ft carbon fibre pole weighing 6.3 kg from Brodex, is this a fair deal?
     Help will be appreciated,
