Title: Builders Clean How much??
Post by: PHILIP HARDY on January 26, 2019, 10:21:27 am
I need some help, I have been offered the first Two builders cleans on a small development, can someone help me with the going rate?
Details are:
Typical Four bedroom detached new builds,
They are in Yorkshire and about 15 miles travelling ,(they are in an area I cover but need to be done outside of my usual scheduale),
Its inside and outside with several veluxs (most of which are quite low).
I know they can often be a pain and as it will take me an hour or so to ride out and have a look am not inclined to go and check just how bad  they are,
Any pricing help would be appreciated.
Thanks Phil.

Go and have a look. Try and work out how long it's going to take you ( go on the high side) plus travel time x this by how much you want to earn per hour. There's your answer.

£15 per window outside £15 per inside - assuming it involves tape and sticker removal - don’t forget scratch waiver

And hope there’s not too much mortar over the patio doors (in which case get nk services to drop by and wash them with his warm magic water  ;D )

Thanks for the reply's guys, it will take me around an hour to make the ride out and view, so if its a £200+ job per house its worth the effort ,I was a bit skeptical about bothering if it was a £40-£50 quid job,
If I get the job, might even offerNK a Score to pop along with his "Magic Hot water" and make the job easier, Pontefracts not too far for him ;D

Ask NK for a tank full of that special "Gravity defying" magic water while you're at it- keeps the floor from getting wet.

I reckon he's been on the Peckham Spring!!

I recently quoted £75 each for three new builds.

Never heard back.

Wasn't arsed either.;D
